This is the little diner that you're looking for. We stopped in and had a great burger and fried chicken cutlets (with plenty of tasty gravy) along with well cut catfish strips fried just so, light and crispy with no mudline or hint of old oil. Add in the delightful homemade tartar sauce and it was exactly what I hoped it would be, an authentic, excellent country dining experience.

Wasn't bad for where it was. Don't get a burger. Very pricey for a burger. Melts will be what I try next time.

Local beer joint atmosphere, very welcoming. Lots of history and pictures on the walls. Ate a good old fashion burger and fries, lots of flavor.

Neat place ... surprise surprise bourbon drinks a specialty. They had an indiana car club in for lunch lot was filled with great cars from 30s to 60s

It's was very slow even though not many customers. Food was good. My hamburger was served on Texas toast which overshadowed the small hamburger itself.

For the foodies, Great food with good prices, great staff, spacious dining area with comfortable seating. Menu selection includes Fri foods, baked dishes, salads and deserts. Dine in or Call in for carry out. Few miles from Maker's Mark along the Bourbon Trail. For the fan, great place to root on your favorite team or watch a main event. Open bar- Beer, liquor, and spirits. For friends of Night life- Karaoke, Music via D.J., Occasional live bands. Pool tables and dance floor. Fun-loving crowd, good vibes and $5 cover charge on some occasions.

Local dive that seemed to cater to locals mainly. When we walked in their were 3 tables with people, 2 clearly locals by their familiarity with the staff and not sure about the 3rd. We sat for 5 min. before anyone stopped at our table to give us menus and ask about drinks. After 10 min. of her seemed primary duty of taking inventory of cooler items my wife went to the bar and gave another waitress our order of a simple hamburger and and fries which took 20 min. to make it to the table and a little on the cold side for both. And to continue the speedy accommodations, after sitting 5 min. after we were clearly done, we had to go ask for the bill. The only reason we put up with this type of ?service? was not a lot of places out here and needed food. Then on the way out we noticed that the place had a "For Sale" sign under the tree. Wish I had seen that first, I'd have ate at the local gas station. Stay away let the place close down!!!

Great place to eat a good home cooked meal. Used to be great on Fridays with DJ Dan and Mike. I haven't been there since Dan passed away, but I'm sure they found good entertainment to take over Fridays. Christy the bartender is amazing ( I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong you only told me a million times 🤣😂)I now live in North Carolina and miss all my friends so much!

We came in on a Wednesday night just before closing time after visitation for my wife's father funeral. Sofia was nice enough to let us order, eat and have a drink even though it was quitting time. It was all very good and Tommy they did you proud.

I had the cozy melt burger and it was very good. Our waitress was really friendly and did a fine job.

The food was good. Lunch crowd was good. I plan to return and try dinner after a tour of Makers Mark Distillery.

Complete dive bar, complete with shoddy stools,old decor and bar food that would make me nervous to eat. However, prices are very low and you come out with a nice lesson in local culture.
